You can make history!
Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest currently has opportunities for dynamic individuals interested in contributing to the preservation and development of a national landmark that commemorates a significant figure and period in American history.
The mission of the nonprofit Corporation for Jefferson’s Poplar Forest is to restore Thomas Jefferson’s beloved retreat and plantation for the educational and cultural benefit of the public. Award-winning restoration and archaeology continue while the site is open to the public for tours and special events. Our work at Poplar Forest not only enables us to better understand Jefferson and his time, but also will help us inspire current and future generations to live lives of curiosity and creativity as Jefferson did.
