The Virginia Society of the American Institute of Architects
 

Board member Mary Lilly Wiley received the Society's highest honor, the Architecture Medal for Virginia Service, for her efforts at Poplar Forest as well as at Monticello and the University of Virginia.

Mason James W. Price, the principal of Price Masonry Contractors, received Virginia Society Honors. The award recognizes Price's work to help revive long-lost masonry techniques to add to the authenticity of restoring Jefferson's retreat.
