Barrels, Bottles & Casks popular tasting tours focus on the beverages and spirits consumed by Jefferson and the enslaved residents of Poplar Forest in springtime. Tours begin in Jefferson’s “modern” kitchen and progress through the house, with stops along the way to sample beverages and learn about the culinary trends of his time.

Tickets for the Springtime Barrels, Bottles & Casks tasting tours are $25 per person; reservations are required.
