The Thomas Jefferson Circle
The Thomas Jefferson Circle was established to recognize donors who have expressed commitment to the Corporation for Jefferson’s Poplar Forest by including Poplar Forest in their estate plans. Legacy gifts sustain our mission and provide future financial support to this cherished historic landmark. If you have already included Poplar Forest in your will or trust, please let us know. To help you get started on planning your legacy, we invite you to use FreeWill, an online tool that guides you through the process of creating your will or trust. It’s easy to use, accessible online and can be completed in 20 minutes free of charge. You can use this resource on its own or to document your wishes before finalizing your plans with an attorney.
Non-probate assets
Do you have an IRA, 401(k), life-insurance policy, or any other assets not included in your will? These are referred to as non-probate assets, and you must plan your beneficiaries separately. Use this online tool to make your plans and designate your beneficiaries.
